The Oakland County Property Gateway provides access to fee based tax parcel reports and maps. Reports and maps can be purchased via a credit card transaction; recurring users request a business account.

How to Use Property Gateway:

Reports and maps can be accessed by searching for either a valid Oakland County Parcel Identification Number (PIN) or property address. A minimum of 5 characters must be entered in the search field. Searching examples:

  • Partial Search
    • Partial Address - "1200 S" or "123 S V"
    • Partial PIN - "1401100"
  • Wild Card Search
    • Address - "1% Main" or "1% S% M"
    • PIN -"14011%"
  • Mutiple PIN Search
    • Comma Separated PIN, "2522357018, 2522357019, 2522357020, 2522357021, 2522357022"

Property Gateway is best viewed with Google Chrome  or  Mozilla Firefox with at least 1024x768 resolution. Reports are best opened with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Click on the name of the product/report to view a simple preview. Clicking on the PIN or property address will display the property in the map. Reports/products can be removed from the cart using the ‘remove’ link. Once you have reviewed your cart click ‘Checkout’ to enter your payment information. Pop-up blockers may prevent web browser windows from displaying reports or products after purchase. If Pop-up Blocker is enabled and a pop-up is blocked, then temporarily allow pop-ups, add the site to the exceptions list, or adjust your blocking settings in order to download the reports/products after purchase.
